Recently, we met a client who had another company come out and give them a quote before Bridgetown did. This company promoted a composite window that wasn’t quite what the customer wanted. The homeowner wanted a wood window with a period style lock and divided lites – a perfect fir for a Marvin window. He ended up sitting through a 90-minute presentation as to why the composite was a better choice and all along the customer made it clear this is not what he wanted.
